Refund and Return Policy

1. Product Type

RemoteWP products are digital goods/services (plugin license, access files, activations, updates) delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved.

2. Consumer Withdrawal Right

Where applicable, consumer withdrawal rights are governed by mandatory law. For immediately supplied digital content, withdrawal rights may be affected once supply begins with prior express consent and acknowledgment by the customer, as allowed by law.

3. Cases Eligible for Refund Review

  • Duplicate charge caused by payment processing error.
  • Technical inability to deliver the purchased digital product.
  • Other justified cases assessed individually.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to info@remotewp.dev, including order details (purchase email, date, product, and reason for request).

5. Response and Processing Time

Each request is reviewed as quickly as possible. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.

7. Customer-Side Configuration and Third-Party AI Actions

Refund approval is not automatic where delivery was successful and issues arise from customer-side setup, unsafe prompts, third-party AI agent mistakes, or misconfigured automation rules. This clause does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
